Meet Desire D. Davis
I am Desire D. Davis, a proud and distinguished member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., initiated in Fall 2018 through the Sophisticated Sigma Epsilon Chapter in Orlando, Florida. My journey in Zeta has been one of unwavering dedication, service, and leadership, shaping me into the woman I am today.
Currently, I have the honor of serving as the International Director of Grow with Google, where I work to provide innovative opportunities for professional development and technological advancement within our sisterhood. Additionally, I am a charter member and the current Basileus of the Dynamic Delta Alpha Mu Zeta Chapter in West Orange County, Florida. In this role, I am committed to leading with purpose, fostering sisterhood, and driving impactful service initiatives that uplift our community.
Beyond my sorority commitments, I channel my passion for business, leadership, and organizational excellence through my work as the Owner and Lead Consultant of The Incorporate Consulting. Through this platform, I help businesses streamline operations, optimize HR functions, and develop strategies for sustainable success.
I am also deeply invested in community service as the Co-Founder and President of S.O.U.L. Outreach Service Inc., an organization dedicated to transforming lives through healing, help, and hope. Through S.O.U.L. Outreach, we provide resources, mentorship, and critical support to individuals and families in need, ensuring that no one is left behind.
Everything I do is rooted in purpose, passion, and a commitment to excellence—whether I’m leading within Zeta, advising businesses, or serving the community. My mission is simple: to empower, inspire, and create meaningful change in every space I enter.
